MT. SAMAT, Pilar, Bataan — Mayor Charlie Pizarro revealed Tuesday that all had been set for the construction and installation of a zip line atop of the historic Mt. Samat, and this will draw more tourists in this strategic and fast developing town in Bataan.

The initial length of the zip line will be approximately 550 meters starting from atop Mt. Samat shrine going down to Dungsulan Falls. Known internationally being the site of the yearly celebration of “Araw ng Kagitingan,” Mt. Samat has been a prominent venue for tourism in Bataan not only for its rich history, but its unique environment and view overlooking Manila Bay and nearby provinces of Pampanga, Bulacan and Nueva Ecija.
